An Executive Session of the Eastern Rio Blanco County Health Service District Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in the IT Training Room located at 100 Pioneers Medical Center Drive, Meeker, CO 81641, at 8:00 AM to discuss the following topics:

Pursuant to § 24-6-402(4)(e), C.R.S., to discuss and develop negotiation strategies for legal counsel selection and retention.
Pursuant to § 24-6-402(4)(e) & (f), C.R.S., to discuss and develop negotiation strategies for Chief Financial Officer recruitment, retention, and compensation.

No formal action will be taken.
