Behavioral Health Services in Meeker

As part of the Family Health Center, we provide a wide range of behavioral health servcies to families in and around the White River Valley.

We provide short term, solution focused therapeutic care to all populations between the age of 10-end of life. Our approach to counseling is tailored individually to each client’s needs and is supported by evidence-based models of:

• Cognitive Behavioral therapy
• EMDR
• Motivational Interviewing
• Trauma Informed Practice

We strive to provide a space of safety for all to feel valued, respected, and heard. In therapy we will collaboratively, and holistically build a toolbox of emotional regulation techniques, cognitive restructuring techniques, and behavioral plans to create lasting change.
