September Employee of the Month is Amanda Ross!!

Amanda Ross has been chosen as September’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Amanda Ross always has a smile and a friendly greeting for all.  At a recent funeral service, Amanda saw my wife standing outside in the entrance area and realized it was difficult for her, so Amanda found her a chair and helped her sit down.  I thought that was exceptional service. I have seen Amanda help other residents in the Wing when she is over there working.  Sometimes she just visits with a resident and makes them feel like she cares.  Amanda never fails to greet me and ask about my wellbeing. She is outstanding!”  (This nomination was submitted by a member of the community.)

We congratulate Amanda Ross for being selected as Employee of the Month for September and we appreciate her dedication to her job and the facility and her exceptional customer service!
