Stephanie McDonald, PharmD, MBADirector of Retail Pharmacy
Dr. Stephanie McDonald, PharmD, MBA, serves as the Director of Retail Pharmacy, Meeker Drugs at PMC. A 2015 graduate of Creighton University’s Doctor of Pharmacy program, she was recognized for academic excellence by Rho Chi and leadership in Phi Lambda Sigma, ASHP, and APhA. Recently completing her Master of Business Administration at Creighton University’s Heider College of Business with an emphasis in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Class of 2025), she combines clinical expertise with business strategy to lead innovative, patient-centered pharmacy services.
With extensive clinical, operational, and business expertise, she has built the pharmacy from the ground up, beginning in February of 2022—implementing innovative programs that expand access to high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients across Northwest Colorado.
Dr. McDonald combines her Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a Master of Business Administration to lead with both clinical precision and strategic vision. Her leadership has brought forward initiatives such as medication synchronization, DMEPOS billing, 340B optimization, accessible labeling through ScriptTalk, and the expansion of services to long-term care and specialty medications.
Passionate about patient-centered care and rural health innovation, Dr. McDonald continues to drive excellence by empowering her team, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring every patient receives personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
Pharmacist
Dr. Rebecca Conners grew up in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, with a lifelong passion for nature and holistic wellness. Her early interest in genetics began while raising dairy goats as a teenager, inspiring her to study molecular biology at Oklahoma State University. After beginning graduate studies in basic science in Colorado, she transitioned into pharmacy, working as a technician in 2013 and later earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado.
Rebecca spent more than two years as a community pharmacist before joining the care-focused team at Pioneers Medical Center. She brings a deep appreciation for patient education, preventive care, and individualized wellness. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys gardening and tending to her flock of guinea fowl.
Pharmacist
Dr. Josh Gilley earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. His dual background in pharmacy and business equips him to provide patient-centered care with a focus on both clinical and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Josh has been drawn to the personal connections and trust that come with serving small, rural communities. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, skiing, and spending quality time with his family.
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Jess Kurth has been a proud member of the Meeker community for 17 years. Her faith and commitment to helping others led her to pursue a career in pharmacy, where she brings warmth, reliability, and strong customer service to every interaction. Jess recently obtained her Certified Pharmacy Technician designation.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys motorcycle trips with her husband and cherishes time spent with her daughter as she begins new chapters in life.

A 2024 graduate of Meeker High School, Shyana Kurth is currently pursuing online college courses with a goal of earning a bachelor’s degree in microbiology with an emphasis on genetic research.
Shyana brings a positive energy and welcoming presence to the pharmacy team. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends.

Katie McCaffrey is a valued member of the Meeker Drugs pharmacy team, known for her reliability, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care. A long-time resident of Meeker, Katie takes pride in serving her local community and ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care.
Her background and experience with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contribute significantly to the success of the pharmacy’s DMEPOS program, helping patients access essential medical equipment and supplies with confidence and ease. Katie is passionate about community health and enjoys being part of a team that prioritizes compassionate, patient-centered pharmacy care.
Pharmacy Technician in Training
Avery Watt was born and raised in Meeker and is beyond excited to be serving her hometown community as a pharmacy technician. She brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong desire to grow within the pharmacy field, developing her skills through hands-on experience at Meeker Drugs.
Avery lives in Meeker with her husband, Charley, a wildland firefighter, and their daughter, Olivia, who they welcomed in February 2025. As a family, they enjoy spending time together, cheering on Chicago sports teams, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. Avery is thrilled to contribute to the health and wellness of the community she loves while embracing this new chapter of life and family.
