October Employee of the Month is Roxy Taylor!!

Roxy Taylor has been chosen as October’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Roxy continuously goes out of her way for our residents.  She works on her day off when we need extra help for an outing.  She always has resident care at the forefront of her mind and makes our residents laugh on a daily basis – and we all know the benefits of laughter! Roxy has a talent for making people feel special.  Recently, we had a family ask to use the gazebo for a rosary reading for one of our residents who had passed away.  Roxy took it upon herself make the gazebo look comfortable and inviting by decorating it with flowers and table cloths and then she ordered refreshments for the attendees.   The family was very appreciative of the extra effort. Roxy has also always been willing to help our CNAs when they need it.  They don’t ever have to ask. When Roxy sees a need, she just takes care of it. Roxy is a great co-worker – she cares about her fellow team members and it shows! Roxy is also an exceptional Restorative Aide.  Our residents love to work with her.  She creates an atmosphere of fun for them which helps them do more than they thought they could. Thank you Roxy for being aware of the little things that mean so much, and of taking care of our residents the way you do.”

We congratulate Roxy for being selected as Employee of the Month for October.   This honor signifies her dedication to her job, department, our residents and the facility.  Congratulations, Roxy!
