May’s Employee of the Month – Jean

Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, jean!
Jean, or “Mrs. Fix – it” as some know her, has been with PMC for almost 18 years. During those 18 years, she has shown an extraordinary passion for the patients under her care.
Jean’s hospitality knows no bounds. On holidays, she’s known to bring in meals for her coworkers and celebrate with her infectious holiday spirit. The Wing is always decorated for the seasons, and Jean ensures accuracy to each detail for those holidays. The plants are watered, the residents have birdseed, and BINGO is never canceled – all because of Jean.

COVID has been very hard on the residents, they have had restricted visitors, and at times been confined to their rooms during outbreaks. Jean goes above and beyond to love on our residents and is a true extension of their families.

Thank you for bringing light, laughter, and unstoppable energy to our facility for the last 18 years, Jean. Words cannot express how thankful and appreciative we are for the kindness and compassion you’ve shown us all – patients and employees alike. Every heart you touch grows, and you inspire each of us to be more patient, kinder, and more present in each moment. You are an incredible woman, Jean.
