May Employee of the Month | Lisa Piper

Lisa Piper was nominated as employee of the month because, “Lisa demonstrates a spirit of Exceptional Customer Service by just being herself. She smiles; she is compassionate to the needs of our Wing residents and their families, knowing that is a very difficult time for all. I have said, and have heard others say, “It is amazing how hard Lisa works for PMC!” Lisa has worked at PMC for 14 years. She started as a CNA, worked in the clinic as an MA, went back to school and became an LPN and worked as a nurse gaining experience and confidence. In 2004, while working and taking care of her family, Lisa went to school to become a Registered Nurse and now works in the Wing and in the Acute/Emergency Department as an RN. Her enthusiasm for learning new things, for being sweet and for smiling makes a difference.
