March Employee of the Month is Jen Phelan!

Jen Phelan has been chosen as March’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Jen Phelan is a quiet, unassuming nurse whom I truly admire!  She is confident, talented, efficient and caring and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty.  Jen has been a member of the PMC family since 1993 when she started here as a graduate nurse.  Currently, as a Home Health / Hospice nurse, she is on-call 24 / 7 and exceeds her patients’ and the families’ expectations and needs in the most difficult of times.  She always has a smile and a caring touch or kind word, even though I know it must be hard for her at times.  Jen exemplifies our spirit of exceptional customer service.”
