The nomination form stated, “Peg Wood is one of those people that when you see her smile, hear her pleasant voice and see her positive attitude, you are instantly made to feel comfortable. Peg has a way of making you feel that you can trust her with the information you are going to give her. She has a very calm and soothing manner which is transferred to the people to whom she is talking. I enjoy hearing her voice when I call as you can hear that smile through the telephone. She is “johnny on the spot” if you need something from her and is very thorough in her tasks. You can tell by Peg’s actions, voice and attitude that she is very customer oriented. She is the perfect person at the front desk.”
