November Employee of the Month is Jessica Webster!!

Jessica Webster has been chosen as November’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“I am honored to nominate Jessica Webster as Employee of the Month.  She has stepped up to the plate and worked very hard to keep the cleanliness of PMC up to standard. Having limited staff for a period of time and a much larger area to maintain, she has done a super job!   With all the excitement of moving into the new facility, she was part of the crew that had to clean the old facility, help ready the new facility, and keep cleaning the Home Health offices and the rental apartments for travelers.  In the middle of all of that, she was promoted to manager of the Environmental Services Department and had to learn a new job with new responsibilities and long hours. Jessica is also part of the Employee Committee and participates in their activities.   Through it all she continued to have a smile on her face and strove to meet the expectations of all of the departments and the facility.  PMC is fortunate to have an exemplary employee who goes above and beyond in customer service and a job well done!”
