February’s Employee of the Month is Katie Hope!

Katie Hope has been selected as February’s Employee of the Month.  The Nomination form stated that,

“Katie is very kind and compassionate with our residents.  She goes above and beyond helping them and taking extra time to sit and talk to them.  She never gets frustrated or short with anyone – she always seems like she has all the time in the world to devote to each resident.  Katie has the ability to stay calm and collected when things get crazy. She has that “zen” quality that helps everyone around her remain calm, as well. She shows our residents the respect they deserve as well as her co-workers.  Katie is not afraid to help the support staff in any way she can.  She is always smiling and has a personality that is contagious.  She is helping to train the new staff and is doing an excellent job.  She is a super CNA!!!”
