November Employee of the Month is Clint McGruder!

Clint McGruder has been chosen as November’s Employee of the Month!

The nomination form stated,

“Clint always goes above and beyond in his work. He often uses personal tools and his garage for special projects like the different floats we build for each year. He is always willing to take call or be there to help co-workers. Clint does excellent work on repairs and has a vast knowledge of how to repair most items. When you talk to Clint about a project or a need within the hospital, you know it will be taken care of and completed. If he sees something that needs to be taken care of, he just takes care of it – he doesn’t wait to be asked. He takes pride in his work and always cleans up his mess, or leaves the area better than it was when he got there. He is pleasant and easy to work with, and just quietly takes care of the facility and grounds. Clint is a great co-worker and is very much appreciated.”
