December Employee of the Month is Lori Tafoya!!

Lori Tafoya has been chosen as December’s Employee of the Month! The nomination form stated,

“Lori is always smiling and goes above and beyond her normal duties to assist patients and nursing staff on a daily basis. Lori demonstrates a very caring attitude and always thinks of the patients first. When the dietary department was short-handed, Lori picked up many extra shifts or worked long hours to help keep the department running smoothly. She bought Christmas fabric and is making table cloths for the Walbridge Wing for the holidays just to help make it a cheery Christmas for the residents. No one asked her to do this, she just thought it would be nice for our residents and set about doing it. That is Lori – she just quietly goes about her work, does a great job and never complains even when things are challenging.”
