December Employee of the Month is Brian McCurdy!

Brian McCurdy has been chosen as December’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Brian McCurdy works nights so he is often the overlooked employee.  He goes out of his way to help his co-workers.  He helps the aides by putting people to bed and showering them if he is the one who has the most time.  Brian helps his fellow nurses by trading shifts, covering call-off’s and coming in early or staying late to cover.  He also is happy to finish up those “housekeeping” tasks that the day shift didn’t have time to finish like filing orders or checking in medications.  Brian also takes care of many of the little things others may not even know about like our medication recycling program.  He is also one of the most pleasant people I have ever been around. He works with a smile and always seems to be in a good mood.  The residents have complete confidence in the care Brian provides them and they know that he has their best interest at heart.  Brian is truly an example of someone who goes above and beyond on a regular basis.”
