March Employee of the Month | John Kapushion

“John Kapushion exemplifies exceptional customer service. His caring, empathetic nature has a calming effect on patients and family members. My children always asked if John was going to do their x-rays because they felt safe with him and he always made the procedure less scary for them. He went out of his way to check on them to see how they were recuperating. I’m sure he does this with many of his patients. His caring does not stop with patients, however. Just ask his employees in Radiology and other employees throughout the facility – John worries more about their problems than he does his own. John has been a valuable employee for almost 30 years and is also an exceptional supporter of PMC. He always participates in events sponsored by the hospital and can be found with his checkbook in hand at every fundraiser, event or cookout. If he’s not writing a check for something, he is volunteering to help. He consistently goes above and beyond normal job duties, even coming in to see if he is needed on his days off and during vacations. John Kapushion is a much loved fixture of PMC!”
