Free Sports Physicals! All students participating in Meeker High School or Middle School programs are required to complete a Sports Physical. Pioneers Medical Center is giving FREE Sports Physicals.
Tuesday, August 2 from 5:00-7:00pm and Thursday August 11 from 5:00-7:00pm.
Please download the Physical Exam form. Parents must sign the form and athletes are required to bring it with them to the physical exam.
