April 2, 2020–With today’s announcement that Rio Blanco County has its first laboratory confirmed case of COVID-19, it is important for our community to know that Pioneers has been treating all
respiratory illnesses as if they are possible COVID-19 cases and we are very diligent with
isolation and protective measures.
We have a healthy respect for how this virus spreads. Our doctors, nurses and staff are ready
to do our best. We have spent a tremendous amount of time and effort to prepare.
We continue to be vigilant, taking every measure to keep our patients/residents and staff safe.
We continue to work with Rio Blanco County Public Health and various health agencies to
provide the best care.
Social Distancing and Staying Home are very important.
