| Summary: | The primary purpose of this job is to prepare, dish up, and serve food items keeping them nutritious, tasteful and attractive while following local, state, and federal guidelines. |

 | Education: | High School. Graduate preferred. Must have mathematical ability to adjust recipes, estimate food quantities, and portioning of food.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Be at least 18 years of age.
2) Able to speak, read, and write English.
3) Able to speak, write, and follow written instructions.

 | Experience: | Three months or more experience working in related field preferred. OTJ Training available. |
 | Physical Requirements: | 1) Exposure to bio-chemical hazards.
2) Exposure to odors and infectious waste.
3) Subject to cuts, bruises, falls, and burns.
4) May be subjected to cramped working areas.
5) Exposure to varying temperature changes of freezer and kitchen area.
6) On feet all of working time with considerable walking, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects when performing assigned duties. |
