Position Description: The Certified Nursing Assistant will work in our long term care unit under the supervision of a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse to provide quality patient care in a team-oriented environment or independently.

    Qualifications:
    Education: High school graduate or currently pursuing a high school diploma.
    Experience: Experience in long-term care, preferred.
    Physical Requirements:1.Requires sitting, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and moving intermittently during work hours.
    License Required: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License. Current BLS (CPR) certification (preferred; required within six months of date of employment or transfer). If not certified, must complete a minimum of 16 hours of a nurse assistant training program, covering the required topics, prior to hire and obtain State certification within 4 months of hire.
