Position Title: CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT / PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN - PRN

Department:Walbridge Wing LTC/Acute Nursing / Home Health
Position Description: The Certified Nursing Assistant will work in our Long Term Care unit under the supervision of a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse and/or in our Acute and Home Health units under a registered nurse to provide quality patient care in a team-oriented environment or independently.

    Qualifications:
    Education: High school graduate or currently pursuing a high school diploma.
    Experience: Experience working as a CNA or PCT, preferred.
    Physical Requirements:1.Requires sitting, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and moving intermittently during work hours.
    License Required: Current, unrestricted Colorado Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Current BLS (CPR) certification preferred; required within six months of date of employment or transfer.
