I would like to nominate Westy for Exceptional Customer Service. I was the patient and went in for my very first mammogram I was very nervous and my emotions were running high. Westy not only was very kind but had a calmness and understanding that made me feel at ease with the procedure. I am very grateful to her and the empathy that she displayed during this procedure.
