Housekeeping
A member from the housekeeping team will visit your room daily. They will clean and freshen up your room. If you have special cleaning needs please share that with your housekeeper.
Cell Phone Use
You are welcome to use your cell phone in your hospital room and outside the facility.
Use of Tobacco Products
Pioneers Medical Center is a Tobacco Free Facility.
We respectfully ask all tobacco users to utilize designated areas and please be at least 30 feet away from the facility. Your cooperation and that of your visitors is sincerely appreciated.
Alcohol and Illegal substances
Alcohol use is permitted ONLY on orders from your physician. Visitors who are intoxicated will be escorted from the property.
Illegal substance are NOT allowed and WILL BE confiscated.
Chapel and Spiritual Care
The chapel is available for your use 24 hours a day. It is located on the second floor in the hallway between the hospital and the Walbridge Memorial Wing. Please ask your nurse if you need directions. If you would like to speak with a chaplain or pastor a member of the nursing staff can contact them for you. Or if you prefer to contact them yourself, we have listed their numbers to the left of this page.
Maintenance
If something in your room is not working properly, ask a nurse to call maintenance.
